LTS Overview
The Leadership Training School is designed to equip students in spiritual leadership, organization and management, and communication.
The LTS will prepare you to effectively develop the vision God is giving you. There will be instruction on spiritual leadership, management principles, and communication, time management, budgeting, personal organization, operations, strategic planning and how to be an effective administrator. You will be equipped to lead like Jesus and to maximize your God given talents and abilities for His kingdom.

Jim Stier, LTS School Leader
In 1974 Jim Stier and his wife Pam pioneered the work of YWAM in Brazil. They currently work with a staff of over fifteen hundred. Starting in 1995 Jim served as the International President of Youth With A Mission and then from 2000 – 2004 as the Executive Chairman of YWAM International. Currently Jim is the Director of the Americas Field for YWAM. Jim and Pam raised five children in Brazil.
