Work with some of the most experienced YWAM leaders in the mission as you discover how to put your skills into practice in real-life situations around the world. Participate in six intensive modules at different YWAM bases over a period of 18 months to work toward a Masters in Leadership through the University of the Nations. You will travel along this track with a cohort of others with similar levels of ministry experience, learning and supporting each other as you uncover more of the vision and purpose that God has for your life.
The program will be overseen by Markus Steffen and a team of seasoned YWAM/UofN leaders for the duration of the two week-long intensive modules as well as the Master Thesis. This degree falls under the College of Christian Ministries and is made up of 48 credits. Participants must have previously completed a DTS, LTS, and a minimum of five years of executive leadership experience in YWAM in order to apply.
