If you have vision, passion and hope for the next generation the Biblical Foundations in Education course will equip you for ministry. This school presents a biblical framework relevant to all learning settings: schools, Sunday schools, kindergartens, play groups, home schools, youth ministries, orphanages and work with street children. You will understand the character qualities necessary to be an effective teacher. You will also be trained in how to use the scriptures as the standard for educational models and practices. Jesus was the greatest teacher this world has ever seen- what a wonderful model for us!

• Teaching in consideration of different learning styles

• Facilitating the healthy growth and development of children

• Jesus-style teaching and the role of the Holy Spirit in the classroom

• Principles of biblical curriculum planning

• The role of education in community development and world missions

What impact does Christian education have?

To have an impact in this world, we must reach the children. It is well understood that children are the future of the world. However, it is less well known that by the age of six years, an individual's world view is already formed. They have developed certain expectations and understandings of how the world functions and their place in it. If biblical principles are set within children during these foundational years, they will impact the child for life. God's word never returns void.

Since the family is a dynamic unit, reaching a child will influence the whole family. Likewise, these implications will then have the potential to impact communities and nations around the world.
