Have you read the Bible from cover to cover? Do you want to go deeper in the Word? In the Bible Core Course (BCC) you will read through the entire Bible, while learning how to study it for yourself. Come and encounter God through His Word!
The BCC introduces students to the inductive approach to studying the Bible. An inductive study examines the scriptures using many different resources in order to understand the Bible in a new light. This means leaving behind any preconceived ideas or principles about the scriptures, allowing the true content of God’s word to be revealed. This approach not only helps you with your study of the Bible, but also provides a great foundation for life-long ministry.
During these courses, students will learn how to memorize and meditate on the Bible so they can effectively incorporate God’s word into areas of evangelism, worship and intercession.
Students will also lead Bible study groups and practice their teaching and preaching skills.

Lecture phase: April (BCC on location)
We have some exciting changes taking place in the Bible Core Course (BCC). The April BCC has a new adventurous aspect in its program. Have you ever wanted to travel to the places where the stories you’ve read in the Bible took place? This BCC will begin in Lausanne and then move to the Middle East (Egypt, Israel, Turkey) plus Greece and Italy for the second part of the 12 week lecture phase. We will travel light (backpacker style) enabling us to see as much of this historically significant region as possible.
This is an amazing opportunity to see with your own eyes where Jesus spoke to the woman at the well, to walk the path the Israelites walked during their exodus from Egypt, to visit places along Paul’s missionary journey. Imagine experiencing all this and more while reading your Bible and hearing lectures from world class teachers.
The course will cover the BCC academic content including the foundations of the Inductive Bible study method, and topical Bible studies about issues you are passionate about. Read through the Bible, lead a small group Bible study, learn communication skills like preaching and teaching, as well as how the Bible has and still does transform individuals, societies and whole nations.
This is a remarkable school and students often say that their love and knowledge for the Word increased greatly during their BCC. It is a course which fuels the passion for God and his Word and will equip you with tools to discover and search for the Truth. Study the Bible in depth and watch it come alive! Come and study God’s Word on location in Egypt, Israel, Turkey, Greece, and Italy. This is an amazing learning experience that you won’t want to miss.
