What is being on staff all about?

Our staff is a family of people committed to living, loving, and learning together here at ywam lausanne. We are many people, from different nations, different languages, different giftings, but all connected in our love of Jesus and our desire to see disicples in all the nations.

Being on staff is a season of serving, learning more of your giftings and abilities, and furthering the cause of Christ in Switzerland, Europe, and the rest of the world.

Are there any requirements to apply to be on staff?

To be able to apply to be on staff you must have completed a Discipleship Training School with ywam.

What are the availabilities on staff in Lausanne?

There are many opportunities for you to serve here. It may be staffing a school or working alongside others. In each case, you will not only grow in character and service but also promote growth in your fellow workers.
