Being on staff is a season of serving, learning more of your giftings and abilities, and furthering the cause of Christ in Switzerland, Europe, and the rest of the world.
Are there any requirements to be on staff?
To be able to apply to be on staff you must have completed a Discipleship Training School with YWAM.

What are the availabilities on staff in Lausanne?
There are many opportunities for you to serve here. It may include staffing a school or working to support our programs in a variety of operational areas. In each case, you will not only grow in character and service but also promote growth in your fellow workers.
