course description:
The city of Lausanne has been called by God to be a city of worship. Because of the words and the anointing that He has been pouring out on this place as we seek Him, we are excited to be repioneering the School of Worship here in Lausanne. A lot of the great songs of YWAM were written right here and now God is stirring up a new song and this is the time to step out. The School of Worship is designed to take on both the spiritual aspects and the technical skills in order to bring you to the place of worshipping in spirit and in truth. Go deeper with God in your understanding of what worship is. Listen and express yourself in a way that glorifies Him. Take your heart and skills anywhere that God calls you.
Our Heart:
In this postmodern age and multicultural world, what is the specific role of worship? What is your role? Our heart is to address those issues and come along side you and help you discover just that. We want to help release the gifts that have been given to you, to give you the freedom to explore new gifts, and to revitalize the weary. God is excited to meet with us when we enter into the intimate place of worship. That is where we hear His heartbeat and new things are born. It’s through worship that strongholds are broken down and the Kingdom of God advances. It is the front line in His army. We need to learn to take hold of the tools He has given us. Where do the arts, the prophetic and dance come together? What other tools do we have? Come and learn what it means to have every tongue and every tribe worshipping around the throne today.
