Who we are
Meet the staff of YWAM Lausanne. We come from all over the globe, speaking a variety of languages and bringing a rich heritage of traditions and experiences to a unified community. We come with different passions and gifting and interests, but have a common goal through it all: to see the nations meet Christ and train young people to go and proclaim the gospel.
What we do
We serve in a variety of capacities around the base. Each staff member contributes a valuable part of what makes the community function as smoothly as it does, year-round. Whether serving as school staff or in one of the many other areas around the base, everyone makes a powerful impression on the community and shapes the impact we have upon the local surroundings and the world. Some typical areas of service include kitchen, hospitality, housekeeping, maintenance, administration, programs, community life planning, communication, admissions, and more.
